Hello tried to email a customer outside of ebay to advise where to return an item. The address I told the customer to send the item back to, has been used on a suspended account before . Even though I sent an email outside of ebay messages, the customer sent an email within ebay messages to confirm the address so now its within the system. I have tried to delete the message but it just goes to the recycle bin and nothing can be done with the message after that , so it is stuck there.

My question will ebay automatically ban me if they see this address in the message?

Im also quickly approaching the 90 day mark soo within 17 days I will have been a member for 90 days on ebay

As long as ebay does not do a manual review of your account, I do not think that you have too much to worry about

alright thats understandable just gotta hope for the best, at least I have some backups which I am also building up just in case

Next time, avoid the messages.

Consider enclosing a label with the return ''depot'' address with the item.

There are ways around this issue.

You have to be very careful with doing this.

I have had customers turn around and post my email message right back in the ebay message system and asked a second question.
