hard for a USA seller to start stealth in other countries?

Is it hard or even worth it for USA seller to start stealth in other countries I have around 100 accounts, all usa based, I have been sucessfull following stealth recommendations.

Is there any real advantage to making accounts in other countries & if so where? I know this is valuable info.

If all your accs are US ones, if some of them are "Top-rated Plus" ones, then you receive 20% off of the Final Value fees, right? OK, good. All of those accs are registered using eB.COM.

If you try to sell something in the German/French eB, you WON'T receive the 20% FVF (even when you put the 30-day withdrawal option). No matter what you do, how many sales you do there, nah, nope.

So in order to receive it, your account must be using the site-registration where you sale in order to receive the 20% FNV. So for France - eB.fr. And so on.

Those 20% offs are huge saves when selling in volume.

That should be valuable info.
