Accidentally, I once entered in a bank account that must have been used on a previous PP account that was limited. It told me that account could not be used. I am lucky that I didn't get any more trouble beyond that. They keep track of the numbers. Once used, it is linked FOREVER to that PP and can NEVER be re-used.
