Got 0/0 limit, called ebay, they ask to upload driving ID
 

Made a new account, but can not list anything as the limit is 0/0, called ebay, failed those public database questions, so they asked me to send them the driving ID.

So is it worth to create it and send?

New account never list anything, the first listing stays in the system I created is something in the house being used and I don't want anymore. Even the ebay rep said to me, ebay is the best place to get rid of something like that and very welcome me to do so.

Searched here all I can but can not find what I am looking for, that's the reason I posted this one try to get some help.
