Will using dashlane the password manager "Cross Contaminate" my Stealth accounts?

Has anyone used dashlane (www.dashlane.com) the password manager?

Is it safe to use across several Stealth accounts? I've been using RoboForm but it's complicated and I don't need to secure my passwords from others using my computer or on any network and it creates extra steps I don't need. dashlane is free (for the basic auto fill program) for what I need but I'm concerned about "cross contaminating" any Stealth accounts - which I'm about to create.

From what I can see, they store the info in their database and forward it to your device to fill in the blanks on a form. Doesn't look like it passes through eBay servers like a auctiva token activation would.
