How will things change for us here tryin to reinstate when Ebay stops paper payments?
 

I am still unclear of exactly what is going to happen, Im sure someone can clarify more, but at the end of Oct ebay is making is so paypal, or a merchant account must be accepted as a form of payment for ALL sellers. Checks, money orders, etc will no longer be allowed, forcing most users to use paypal!

I also heard that it will no longer matter if you have a confirmed address with Paypal.

I am really just wondering how the new policy will affect those of us that have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts or are trying to make new accounts after being suspended...
