TRS for August

Just had to laugh, Dashboard updated today and I am on target for TRS in August for my main account as a few defects fell off.

Sure I can find a few more somewhere....

Congratulations! Keep it up, it pays off to be TRS, as long as you keep cases low.

Same here. Its almost impossible to maintain. I can only have 15 defects in the 3 month period before I lose it.

'where is my item cases are easily the biggest culprit, accounting for half my defects.
