Newbie need help.
Hi guys, I have a few questions to you.
At the beginning I'd like to mention I want make standard e b a y acc 10/500.
I want to try a certain method, namely I will register to p a y p a l .com or .co.uk. Next will register to e b a y and verify account by phone or VCC.
There are a questions:
1) Do I must verified p a y p a l to get $ and send them to friend?
2) Better verify e b a y acc by phone verification or VCC?
3) That steps are enough to sell 10 items per month and feel safety?

buyer need to verify only phone/address (PIN), seller need to verify phone/address (PIN) and add a payment option for fees (VCC), but you'll need for sell link a verified paypal account

| Never ever send funds to a friend. That makes a link.
For paypal uk you should have a verified and confirmed paypal account. to do that you need a bank account and a vcc.
Your limits may be enough. Not sensible to say too soon.
Please read much more of the forum to learn the right ways.

If they start working again, this could be OK for USA accounts .
ebay UK has no VBA so you need a bank account.
What will you do about address & IP?

So can I only use VCC to verify p a y p a l?
Because I only want to list auction. Name on the VCC must be the same as name in p a y p a l acc? |
