Can buyer revise feedback after 10 day window?

Hi, I had a buyer who is willing to revise their feedback from negative to positive. I sent her a fb revision request, but the 10 day window for her to revise it has expired because she was away on vacation for those days. Is there a way for her to revise her fb even after the 10 day period has expired?

If it completely expired, no. She can try contacting CS, but I doubt it.
Another thing is she can contact CS and say that she left feedback for the wrong person, but then she has to leave the negative for that correct person

well they give you 10 days to revise the feedback, so today must be the 12th day
