when you log in says we noticed your on another computer please confirm by email or phone then i just do the ebay question, its like what you get on listing sometimes but to log in.Its basically like my computer has wiped the cookies. Its probably not even ebay as since I've listed of the original computer that made the account not that feedacked computer and has logged in so its more likely my computer browser has updated and some cookie is gone.

Hmm, that's interesting. That's a long time from logging in, maybe something happened between that time period.

Don't go more than 30-days between logging into accounts? Make a note of it somewhere to make sure to log into an account otherwise as long as you can answer security questions, you'll be fine.

I have actually experienced that on a banks website when I logged on from a new laptop, so it would not surprise me if I saw it on Ebay/Paypal, it simply meant that they share certain cyber security protocals with other institutions, I would not be too alarmed, particularly if they are correct. Another thing, it does not really take much to make it seem that you are on a new computer to them, an upgrade in say, Memory, Hard drive, Video Card, ect, ect, may have given Ebay the impression that you are on a new computer.
