A problem of buying the seller account
 

i'm going to buy one of those USA Ebay seller account on aspkin forum market place to make stealth account. But the problem i'm concerned is that if i buy one of those seller account (verified phone+vcc+vba+ few feedback as seller..etc), my ip address should be same as the specific address which they have used to make the seller account to avoid being tracked.
So how can i access the same ip address? I'm not living in USA but i can be with USA ip address by using vpn.
I think mac address should be also same. And having different cookies is also problem.
Anyone can help me?..please..

Before I answer, have you set up a stealth account before?

No you dont need the exact same IP address or Mac address.

IP address change all the time every where so it will not be a problem as long as you have a IP address in the same country you are using.
