selling in US with a hong kong ebay

Can I do this without getting banned?

Say if I open an PayPal account using information of a person I know from Hong Kong and use it on a US eBay account to sell. All the business is actually done in the states so just the PayPal account is from Hong Kong. This is mainly to avoid giving out SSNs.

US eBay + HK Paypal?

Gets limited very fast, usually less than 5 transactions.

If you want to use HK paypal you can use a HK eBay as well.

If it's a big business you can apply for high limits even at the beginning.
But you need a company in HK and a business plan for review.
