Currently entering 40 minutes on hold with ebay customer service. Found this guy who was on hold for 24 hour, hope I don't end up like him.

Has to be exaggerated. If he was on hold that long, then the rep put him on hold when their shifted ended until when they came in the next day.

I've been on hold for 5 hours before.. Never thought they could forget about someone for that long.
