newstart2 | 07-31-2014 11:58 AM | taiwan scammer am i covered I sold a 299 item to Taiwan, shipped with priority mail with shipcover insurance added. buyer claims 10 days later item not received. he never contacted me once though, just opens a claim right away. few days later tracking shows delivered, instead of doing the right thing and closing case he now escalates it to customer support to make a final decision. my question is that since there is no signature on it how will ebay decide? also this buyer has 0 feedback. and if ebay does side w the scammer will shipcover reimburse me? I cant try and open a case until mid august... |
