If i buy a US ebay seller account...
 

If I buy a US ebay seller account can I sell my items in my country without any problem? I'm located in Japan and worried about ip address, way of the withdrawal. Do you have any idea to resolve these problems??
Additionally, if my address on ebay & paypal is A city, does it cause any problem to set item location as B city?

You will need a VPN or VPS to be able to use a USA ebay account.

Japan system is tighter usually... it's best you access the IP of city A in City A.

Buying an American account is nice and all, but on the eBay side, you need to use VPN or VPS as Bunny said.

plus the banking setup and regulation in Japan is a little different than USA.
