£1900 limit not reached but account limited.
 

Hello,

So I am just under the £1900 receiving limit and my account has already become limited.

I submitted the docs a couple of weeks ago but heard nothing, now my account is limited does anyone know how long it should take for the limit to be removed?

I am surprised that the limit has kicked in already as I have only received £1850.

As soon as you hit £1650 you will receive a 'soft limitation', a warning to let you know. When you hit the £1900, it is a permanent limitation until docs submitted.

Docs taking a long time currently, however, if you are close to the limit then it usually is quicker.

Double-check you uploaded them correctly.

Documents although uploaded had not been "received". You should consider uploading them again.

Hi - Thanks for the link, I should have done a search before posting....

So judging my Steves posts it could be as short as a couple of days?

I am still wondering why my account has become limited if I still havent gone over the 1900 limit?

The other problem I have is I just sold an item on ebay for £650, if paypal don't accept the documents I won't have any way of getting the money out as I dont have access to the bank account used to verify the account.

Fingers crossed paypal come back with a "limitation lifted" email.

Ah and now I just got an email to say my account limits have been increased....

Items: 25 eBay Right Arrow 80

Amount: £750.00 eBay Right Arrow £2,300.00

Fingers crosssed paypal come back and lift the limit.
