A few days ago ebay took off one my my listings and then sent me and email to take a survery. Well got a reminder about taking it and here it is.

So my question is should i take the survery cause i am pissed they took my listing off.

what reason did they give for removing your listing because if it was a "vero" type item you will have to take the survey to show you understand about copyright etc,

but its hard to say without more info to be sure,

if it is the vero survey it is very simple and common sense will get you through it no problem, its all automated so no worries, also you may find that when you try to list another item it will not let you until you do the survey,

but like i said, give more info,

There are a lot of holes this story. Please be more detailed.. What was the reason that you spoke with the bay about this item? Did you get this survey because this item violated the Bay's policies??? Did you get negative feedback for this item in the past? Did you get a case put on this item in the past?

please please please and please take the survey this is a survey for a vero/non vero some one hit you with a vero. the survey will ask you 13 questions about copyright items just click on what makes sens and your acc will be back up and running i had this happen on 6 ebay acc and i was able to re sell on here. this is what happen to you . 1 some one is trying to put you out of order . 2 you are getting bad feedback and ppl are saying you are selling them phase / ⊗⊗⊗⊗ i dont care what you sell on ebay or were ever you sell just take the survey and answer the 13 question and you will be fine good luck

Sorry guys, yes it was vero and removed and didn't relist it at all but instead stuck it on ioffer. Have more vero up and none of that was removed at all which has me stumped.
I think the survery is just gonna be questions about their service and the item that was taken down.
So guess i'll try the survery and be nice cause i don't wanna get kicked off ebay again.

also if you don't take the survey they will close your ebay acc for good

to me, i wouldnt take it. just more unwanted attention on an already hot account.

They tend to batch up the surveys to see how they can 'improve' their relationships with their customers. This means looking at the account that had an issue (in your case, the vero)

Stop listing the vero.

sorry but your wrong, if it was a vero item he has no choice he has to do the survey or his account is finished, also as i said it is simply an automated survey with a,b,c,d choice answers and once done thats it, if he does NOT take it then a rep will look at it and suspend the account,

you have to take the survey other wise you will get shut down like i said be for i had this happen to 6 ebay acc and when i answered the 13 question my acc was able to sell again THIS IS FOR PPL THAT SELL VERO / THEY THINK YOU ARE SELLING VERO.

took the survery and it had the click the dots 1 to 10 with the questions and 2 places to leave remarks. i didn't leave any remarks and mostly just clicked 2 since ebay pisses me off anymore

after researching, A SURVEY is different from that of the TUTORIAL that is required for a vero strike. Is THAT what you meant?

Edit: Ok yeah, Just looked it over. I had one 3 years ago and it was called a tutorial. Never had it as a survey.

Well just got the email i got a listing removed and can't list for 7 days.
Yes the item was vero and different then my other listing that was taken down close to 10 days ago that was also vero.
Now i wonder why ebay only removed 1 listing and not the rest that are vero, and i take it they are watching my account or someone is messing with me.

Now with my vero i sell hockey games on dvd or hockey fights on dvd and yes i know it's risky but i've been doing it for many years and make good money doing it. My account i had up from 2010 until last sept and only once had i got the 7 day no listing ban hit me and then i made my selfish mistake and had it suspended for good. I just think ebay has started watching more vero in the past year then in the past in my opinion.

hi again ;]. you said ebay did not take down your other listing . your other items you are selling are not dvds right???? i think ebay might have hit the big red button on you for selling dvds. i have had this happen to me to on dvd sales.

also did some one leave you bad feedback and say your dvds are ⊗⊗⊗⊗. maybe thats why ebay is looking at you. ive had vero to

nope only the 1 listing was taken down and no negative feedback was left.
i was thinking of making my feedback private but didn't and i know that's another subject.

You are in a pickle now.


The account is hurting really badly because of the violations.


ebay changed its attitude towards foo-foos big time.

If you can, consider avoiding selling anything remotely like the items that got you flagged.

Now,and you MUST understand this, you can clean up your account.

You can make it appear operational again.

But down the track, ebay could punish you again because of these present violations.

Try to think carefully what to do.

Greenbean like i said before i'm stuck how they took just one listing down when the other 20 outta 21 listed are the same.

And here's a real kicker when i sold a few times back in june and then stopped for 6 weeks then got back on selling ebay sent an email i could list up to 30 items a month instead of the 10 i was allowed too.
Well just now i got this in a email another increase.

Items: 30 eBay Right Arrow 60

Amount: $3,000.00 eBay Right Arrow $4,500.00

You can always check how much you've listed so far this month in My eBay.

and then at the bottom it has start selling.
i'm laughing about this cause just a few hours ago i was suspened from listing for a week and now an increase :laugh:
