Can't get onto any of the Worldwide sites.

They drive me Bonkers these Monkeys, they really do.

Come to think of it, that's why my ID is Donkey Kong, it reminded me of them.

Something very strange is going on.

Still can't get on to any EBay Site, and neither can I access the Tamebay.com site which has posted something about this Outage.

Last time I had issues accessing EBay, I could not access Aspkin's site either.

assess to all main sites.

Using Firefox

the same access.

Using IPAD

no access

Windows 8.1.

Failed to access on IE11 and Chrome.

The link in the OP is to Down Detector, it does not go to EBay?

Some in the UK are reporting they can visit the site.

My eBay is ok..

My friend can't get online, tried different browsers and different ebay sites (.uk .com .ie).

He is running Windows 8 I think.

I have Windows 7, and Windows 8, working okay on mine, weird..

Using Windows XP at the moment - working well for sales and listing - just bit of issue with second chance deals

It seems to be only those that are trying to connect to the site with a broadband connection..

Are you using a broadband connection?

**Update**
Update: BT has copped to causing many of the outages, ostensibly due to weather problems. The provider has set up a tool to allow users to check whether the outages are affecting their areas. Go check it out!

I'm with Virgin Media and on their site there is a known fault in my area.

Fixed by 1.45pm.

This was in the news today;

Top websites like eBay crash as web 'starts to run out of space' | Mail Online

Says it's was down to the internet "running out of space", not sure how true that is, but at least it looks like it wasn't an eBay problem, but an internet issue.
