UK PayPal with US eBay?

Im trying to figure out the best way of selling without needing a SSN. I want to keep my sales in the U.S. Would using an out of country PayPal with an American eBay help with this? I need to get up and running ASAP. Thanks

EDIT: Just wanted to say I have read over the eBay Stealth guide a few times

Depending on your UK eb feedback and period of registration, you can log on to US eB and make the sales there.
