Will I get flagged for this transaction? Urgent help is needed!
 

Buyer bought an item from me and I actually sold it on about a $12 loss because I forgot to check the price of my supplier.

Buyer never received the item and asked if I can re-ship the item.

This listing only had a total of 1 quantity though. I later re-listed the same item after the Buyer bought it at a much higher price because the price of my supplier went up as well.

I got the full refund from my supplier and have fully refunded the Buyer as well as sending a cancellation request as 'other'.

Issue: What if Buyer wants me to re-ship this same item at the same price they paid for and I say no? What can happen?

Obviously your ebay account if you are not prepared to do whatever you can to protect it.

Are you sure ebay is for you?

You would appear to be having a lot of issues with selling.

Seems like no tracking number was ever provided, if not then that was a rookie mistake.

There's so much going on in our lives and we make mistakes from time to time.

You recognize that this is *your mistake* and for $12 I'd eat and learn from it and figure out something to remind yourself not to make the same mistake.

While you are at it, maybe even give him a little something extra to make him feel that he's being appreciated. receiving positive feedback with 5 stars specially after the inconvenience you caused him will make you feel a LOT better

Supplier did provide the UPS tracking number but UPS site never updated after the first date it was handled.
