Easiest way for buyer who I refunded to resubmit payment?
 

Hi, I shipped out an item that was originally unable to be delivered to the recipient. There was a mixup at the post office. I refunded this buyer in full since they never received the item.

Anyway, a couple days later the buyer was able to retrieve the item from the post office and is actually honest and let me know this. The buyer is now asking how to resubmit payment. What is the best and least confusing way to have them resubmit payment? I know you cannot send emails through ebay messages, so giving them an email to submit payment through paypal could get messy. I just don't want to confuse this person or mess something up. I was going to submit another invoice to the buyer, but not sure if that allows them to pay an amount that was already refunded?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You should have a history of that transaction that has his email, so use your paypal to send him an invoice for the amount.

Well, email / call him about it too just so he's nor confused about it and think it's spam
