feedback revision requests not working?
 

The last 3 times I tried sending feedback revision requests, the buyers say that it isn't working? One buyer said ebay is asking for him to change his password… what the??

Anybody having trouble with the revision requests? Each request I sent that isn't working has been sent from different accounts, and I have not exceeded any limits for feedback revision requests on any one of these accounts.

Im not sure if these buyers are stupid or what, but does anybody have any suggestions?

I have a feeling this is yet another internal glitch with ebay.

Second chance offers are not functioning correctly.

I have not had issues with revisions.

Have you tried different browsers etc?

i've used safari for all the revision requests i have sent.

i am not sure what browser the buyer attempting to revise the feedback was using.

sick of these glitches, i had to eat a couple of negatives because of buyers who were willing to change their fb but couldn't do it through ebay's system.

If the defect system applied to ebay I wonder what their defect rate would be?:smash:

It's a high possibility that the buyer is actually using a mobile OS to do it through the eBay app.

This won't work no matter what. So ask him if this is the case.

Just sent one out earlier today and buyer right away changed the feedback - so no issues on my end today
