Going Legit

Can I create a business (LLC), get a DBA, and register it on Ebay and basically not getting linked from previous banned account? I've proven that my business plan works and I'm realizing that this is the only way to get back on ebay (if possible) to become successful.... Does any1 here have anye experience on this matter? I'd surely appreciate it.

Re: Going Legit

Yes you can do that.

You create an account with info never used.

You then operate as well as you can on both ebay & paypal.

I have such accounts thanks to stealth guidelines for WA state & on the East Coast as well.
(in case you are wondering about my responses with an Australian flag)

Ok for clarification when you said "with info never used" to which info are you referring to?

If I register as Business entity, does eBay give me a higher selling limit or would I have to start from 10 listings all over again and build my way up?

You will start out with limits, but that can be different on each account. Every account has limits, business accounts are no different. But I HAVE noticed that my limits increase faster on business accounts. Of course, you have to keep everything in good standing. Opened cases, low DSR's and negative feedback hurt a business account just as much as a personal account.

There is really no shortcut on eBay these days. You need to start off slow selling items. Make sure you try to get the best Feedback and DSRs you can early on. That is the only way to expedite the process.

Except to start low.

Work up to higher limits with great service etc.

If you go the legit route, just make sure you apply all thw information you learn from this forum.

Learning how to make stealth accounts is all well and good, but the most important part is knowing.how to operate it under the radar.
