Nice MM78 , your posts definitely inspired me to change over to portable Firefox, a few weeks ago, and I love it
It's just a lot easier, and neatly organized all on one user account and I put every browser in one folder.
I ended up just creating all new browsing history, and started slow, no withdrawals for a week
But if I had this I would of transferred all the cookies over as wel
Good stuff thanks😄😄😄

I'm still having a tough time finding the folder! How did you even know where to find the cookies folder on your PC? Were you unsure if you were copying the right files the first time you did it?
I'm finding a lot of .plist files in my mac. I wonder if that's Apple's version of the sqlite?

- /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/<profile folder>
<USERNAME> is the username of your OS X account, and <profile folder> is one of those folders with random letters ending with .default.
You may not see the Library folder in Finder by default, you'll have to enable hidden files and folders to be shown first.

So right now I am on /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Safari/ and this is as far as I have gotten without being certain where to go to find the cookies I need to export to a portable browser.
I see one folder whose directory is /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Safari/Databases/__IndexedDB/<Website Name>/Augur/IndexedDB.sqlite3
This is the only place I can find a file with an .sqlite attached at the end.
And I am assuming once I find the correct folder in safari, I transfer them over to mozilla portable browser in the same folder that MM mentioned in his original post?

This guide is for transferring cookies between Firefox and Firefox. Safari and Firefox don't store cookies the same way thus you can't use this guide for it.

What you can do is first INSTALL Firefox on your Mac. Upon running it for the first time, it will ask if you want to import your browser data from Safari first. Try selecting yes, and try this guide afterwards.
However, I don't think cookies are imported using the import feature, only things like browsing history. It's still worth a try though.

That's a great idea. I will give it a shot and test it out on a couple stealth accounts.

So I've been moving cookies from an old account that wasn't active for a long time to my other computer.
Thing is PP and EBay seems to be OK but Google says this is a new device and asks me to verify.
Is there any way around this?
