Current eBay Verification Process on New Business Accounts/Document Requests?

Does anybody know the current ebay verification process for a business account?

If I remember right, after 3-6 months selling when I setup my last business account, they temporary suspended the account and requested documents be faxed in to verify that I was legit. It seems like I may have had to fax in a copy of my drivers license, business license, maybe even "articles of incorporation".

Has anyone had any recent experience with this. I am looking at setting up a new llc or s corp, but usually those documents will have my personal info on them so won't I end up getting linked through that process potentially?

I have even looked at doing a new s-corp as a subsidiary of my current one that had the banned ebay account attached to it.

The purpose of stealth is not to get linked.
