With the defects, I am just keeping my nose above the waters. My record is now 5.3% in red.

Based on the discussion in the link you sent, looks like one can survive until 12% then get booted. I am honestly hoping to get out of the hole on this one account I consider major.

Its just laughable.

I had a SNAD case yesterday, and closed today.

The buyer had a problem but resolved it themselves.

Only through a lack of technical knowledge on their part.

Nothing I could have done at all.

I also had a complete idiot return an item last week.

Tried to justify why he thought it was SNAD.

He didn't want to pay return postage and threatened to open a case if I did not pay.

He came up with a few excuses why he thought I should pay but I decided to stick to my guns.

Ended up refunding him and not heard from him since.

We had feedback extortion.

Now we have case extortion.

It's ridiculous and so heavily biased towards the buyer. NOBODY has bought the item yet, so that means because a buyer may have seen it then it has got to stay on the site if not you may "disappoint" the buyer resulting in a bad experience. It's even worse that every case is a defect on your account, I had somebody open a case on me before because Sims was not in English, yeah, you read that right... SIMS WAS NOT IN ENGLISH! I kindly messaged her informing her that Sims do not speak English and have their own language, she just ignored me and went on with her day. The case closed automatically some weeks later.
