What type of account did you made? SELLER right now when you register or BUYER then switch to Seller?

i make a buyer acc and i list my item the same day a NO NAME NO brand item start the bidding at like 11.00 with 3.00 shipping it does not even matter if the item even sell this is what i call a test auction i make the auction 5 or 7 days when this listing ends i will sell what i sell from that ending day. don't waste time buying an item because that acc might get a mc999 or something ells. hope it helps. i have made a lot of acc and i have had seller acc the feedback was over 300 and i have never bought anything.

Nowadays you get MC999 when you try to list your first item for sale within 24hrs.

Buyer first for me then 2-4 weeks later, I transition to seller

Even if I don't buy anything, I always bid on many things before I make it a seller account.

I have done both.

Aged accounts when they were buyers and when I turned them to seller, got MC999, a definite waste of time.

When I create a brand new account as a seller and get 0/0 RED limits, that tells me it would get MC999 if I aged it.

Verdict, find my fate from the start and be sure account will last.

Yes, I have gotten MC999 with normal limits and 0/0 with aged accounts.

It's generally better to have some sort of buying/bidding history on your account prior to selling otherwise you fit the pattern of a high risk seller.

I have done both. EB seems to be making it difficult to just list straight off the bat. I think at this point I would age it a lil and do some browsing. Maybe a lil bidding too.

Funny question, as it reminds me of years ago you had to be a buyer first, as you were not allowed to sell until you had so many feedback.

I still do both on my accounts. Some I start off selling and others buying, but that is a personal thing where I try to stop myself getting into any patterns that create laziness in my habits.

I always buy 1st just for fb. I don't care if it's buyer fb it has worked to get above the 10 for newbies.
