Default Free scheduled listings with Assign automation rules?

I used the list according to my schedule option on the assign automation rules in my ebay selling manager pro and I was wondering is it free to schedule listings that way instead of paying the .10?

I attached 2 images, One shows where I can assign these rules and it shows where it says

"Listings scheduled to begin in the future are an additional US $0.00."

So I made a couple listings to test it out and looked them up in my fees section afterwards and as you can see in the 2nd photo they all showed as being debited .10 for the scheduled listing and then credited for that amount afterwards.

anyone have any idea about this? I called ebay and of course the customer rep was clueless.

So is it free to schedule listings this way or do I have a promotion I have no idea about?

On my stealth accounts where I do not have a store I have been using the Schedule listing feature. It says it is free. However, I really don't look at the invoice. When I do it on my account with a store. I am always told that it is a 10 cent fee.

That is of course for the 100 free auction listings or whatever it is they changed when you don't have a store. I have never scheduled a fixed price listing. But like other US users the Fixed price fee went to .30 cents for most categories a few months ago.
