ebay selling limit.
 

I open a new us ebay and paypal selling account,and ebay says i have 0 selling limits for this month,i cannot list any item,this is the first time i'm experiencing this,is something wrong?

I do everything like i've been doing for the past year and this is the first time i see that i cannot sell anything on brand new account.

they seem to be forcing you to call up to 'verify' and they will increase

no no accounts was linked,everything was new.and they are forcing to call,is that a problem,i don't wanna call them,do i have to wait 30 days to sell ?

new vps,new email,new password,new phone number,i done this many times but this is first time i get this problem,maybe the account is burned.

or maybe the phone number is a used one i use hushed app to verify.

I get 0/$0 limit everytime they don't see the account's info in public records.

Could you explain what is a "public record(s)" and how someone can go there (in order to be "searchable" and "findable")?

no i used hushed app,im thinking those numbers have been used before as well.
