| Farquaad | 09-09-2014 10:30 AM | IP Location with eBay/PayPal The VPS I pay for is based out of Orlando, but when I go to whatismyip.con, it says it is a NY IP. So it's one of the two, I have a family member who is willing to let me use their info for my stealth account, I read in the eBay Stealth eBook that it was best if it was within 100 miles. Does the IP HAVE to, like in-stone that my eBay and PayPal info location must match with the one of my VPS? Thank you |

Thank you | The IP needs to match the country the account is in, and keep each account separate by either separate user accounts, different browsers, or portable browsers and it's important to log in at the same PC at least for the first few months of the account |

Thank you | The Ebay Stealth Guide is a bit outdated but still relevant, that being said.....Using Family, Friends, Pets info is a bad idea....for a lot of reasons. As far as IP goes, Dmsharks advice is spot on. |

Re: IP Location with eBay/PayPal Recommendation is not to use family member's info |
Dmshark25 | 09-09-2014 01:10 PM | Re: IP Location with eBay/PayPal Because if u mess the account up and get suspended , you ruin there chances of ever selling on eBay if they ever need to in the future
But more of an issue is come tax Time you put the responsibility on them, and if u don't pay, they are responsible, and many other things, you could end up being in debt with eBay and that will fall on your relative and effect there credit
So the point is your able to create an account without using a family or friend and make it in a way that u are responsible for your business |

The point we are trying to make is, If you are starting over...it's best to go stealth, that way if you kill a stealth account....you aren't using someone's real info. | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:26 PM. | |
