MC113 account suspended but not paypal
 

opened a stealth account a few days ago left it alone until today listed my first item, it asked me to confirm bank details with paypal, all ok item listed,
5 minutes later I received mcc13 message

"Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community. "

I followed the stealth guide
using entropay VCC
new bank account
my real name spelt differently

any suggestions welcome

Hi,
what item have you listed? And probably you did it too soon.
Are sure you were not linked to the old account somehow? (ip, phone number, browser)

It is usually recommended to use ebay to browse for some items and maybe buy something. Not wise to sell straightaway on a brand new account.

just spoke to my mum whos address I used she has now mentioned that my sister may have or has an account at the same address but I used a slightly different name so this may have flagged a problem,
I assume its not worth trying to call and blag them as I would not have an excuse for the name being mis spelt,

Diff IP address?
Diff User Account on computer?
Diff Phone Number?
Diff Address?

Was you selling v*ro?

PP won't get suspended just because EB does.. IN fact, PP is usually left alone after the EB is suspended.

Whatever the issue is, you need to retrace your steps.

...not to mention that the Paypal left unsuspended cannot be used with another eBay account...
