Business Account Transition
Hi, I have built up a stealth account I made about a year ago. Paypal now wants me tax id so I have started an LLC in order to get one.
If I submit my EIN to Paypal and do not reach the $20,000 threshold this year with they send out a 1099? I would prefer to wait until next year to file taxes for my LLC as I haven't kept up with my sales before now. I am a dependent and haven't make over $10,000 yet this year.
Also, Is it okay that the fictional name I made still shoes up after I switched to eBay and Paypal business accounts? |
