A hacker from ukraine used somebody's ebay/paypal and purchased an item from me. Withing hrs after shipping an unauthorized paypal reversal was opened but because I shipped it according to seller protection paypal covered it.
But now I see this fraudster left me neutral feedback. I called up ebay but after hrs hrs of being transferred and waiting they actually said there's no guarantee it would be removed?!!
What do I do because I don't sell all too much and my defects have fallen too much because of this.

Keep on ringing until you get a ebay rep who understands the problem and removes it.

You may feel like you're banging your head against a brick wall, especially if it takes you a few phonecalls. But if you need it removed you'l have to put the effort in.

thats sux ebay is a joke all around i dont even care about the feedback thing becuase the buyers are ass wholes. but they showed take care of you WTF thats not cool

I normally wouldn't care for a neutral but the new defect system is getting really crazy...

Just to clarify:

paypal told you the sale was from a hacked account? They refunded you, as the seller, because of the issue.

Was anything in writing?

paypal didn't tell me anything besides that i needed to provide shipping information for this 'unauthorized credit card' charge.
Also the names on the ebay/paypal account were registered as usa but the shipping address from ukraine!
