Why do I need a prepaid card if I have a bank account?
 
In Step 6 of eBay Stealth it says I need to set up a bank account AND get a prepaid card to verify my PayPal account.

If eBay can't see my "real" information on my bank account, why do I need to also get a prepaid card to verify my PayPal account?

Can't I just verify it with my bank account?

Yes to verify your paypal you just need a bank account

To lift sending and withdrawal limits you will need to add a debit or credit card here is where paypal will see ur real info if u add a real credit or debit card so you add a gift card and in particular vanilla visa gift cards work well

You can also use the prepaid card to pay and fees dues on EB if your PP balance does not cover them

Gift cards work all the time.. it is the best option
