 Case opened after 3 months!
A buyer from Russia bought a item back in June and I shipped the item at the post office and never uploaded tracking info (it went out first class mail, but the value is $150) . pretty stupid mistake looking back since being high value I should have shipped priority. anyways i no longer have receipt and this buyer has opened a not received case on ebay. also even though he opened this case my funds are not being held at all with paypal as they usually are held with cases. it says have to respond by sept 19 or buyer could escalade it. anyways how do i respond? will ebay still make me refund after this long time period?
