I got this too. Someone in another tread mentioned no verifying paypal with bank will cause this but you verified..right?

I'm trying to figure this out too. Did u use vcc or VPN? Did it ask u for identity verification?
I was thinking to try to call and take my chances.

This must be something new, never happened before.

When you say burner phone, what type of phone is it exactly? That could be the problem.

What do you mean by any name?
Its best to use a common generic first and last name

True, normally when people say burner phones they're talking about prepaid phones, but I've also heard people refer to texting apps, or really any # other than their own personal number, as burner phones, so I just wanted OP to clarify that since a few of those options can be problematic - especially if OP's flag is correct, he may not have access to a real US phone.
