How to safely shop with stealth ebay account?

I don`t find any good aswer for my question. So can anybody tell me how can I buy on ebay some goods safely?

You need an accessible address and then run the account like you would any other stealth account.

Not of itself - address should be new and name can be varied a bit

I do this from time to time.. what I have is a BUYER ACCOUNT all i use this account for is to buy items off ebay. The EBAY buyer account has a p.o box address I can have all items sent to. I use one of my stealth Paypal Accounts to make the purchases and send a message to the seller to saying send it to the address listed in ebay. has always worked for me this way!

I got suspended on ebay multiple times using my actual name and address. For months down the line I opened a new ebay account, again real name and address. I use it only for buying, never for selling. It works like a charm.

When it comes to buying I suggest, use your real details, never use the account to sell. The risk appetite is low and as time progresses the trust between you, paypal and ebay goes up. Start off by buying 99p items, bits and bobs and slowly afterwards buy expensive items.

P.S. still using this buying account till now.

Benefit of this is you dont need to keep going to a stealth address to pickup your purchases.
