ebay fees

hi guys i got an account 3 feedback with £58 fees. But currently my pp was limited but now its beeen restored so can i close ebay account with fees.
Can i create a new ebay account and attach pp account.

Why are you closing your EB account? Once your EB and PP and connected, they are always linked. So if your EB acct was suspended then any Eb you attach to that PP will also get suspended.

Pay your fees....you should have been well aware of the fees prior to selling.
