 1 and 3 day auctions - High risk?
Hey
I have a quick question, I understand that Ebay have a rule that they dont want to see 1 and 3 day auctions on certain accounts selling certain high risk products, such as mobile phones.
So I range ebay yesterday to ask them to point me to their website where I could read this rule in question and understand it better before I start listing next week.
They (ofcourse) could not point me to this information whatsoever but did say that if my account was over 1 year old and had more than 50 days that I could list on 1 and 3 day auctions however if not they are likely to pull my adverts and suspend me.
When I asked why I couldn't read this information online and how was I supposed to comply with it without it being documented anywhere she said it wasn't feasible for Ebay to put their rules online.  I said well if it can get you suspended I beg to differ!
My question is does anyone know if this is true, I was not convinced at all by the lady I spoke to, she seemed to be saying anything to get me off the phone????
