Is there a way to see quantity remaining in BIT listings via My eBay?

hi,

Just after some help.

I list buy it now listings but never put the actual stock i have here just say 5-10 for example. Now with listings selling is there a way instead of going into every listing to check what the actual remaining stock level is.

I have been caught out a few times with items selling out and me not realising the auction has ended.

Yes i make notes of my stock etc, but just wondered if there is a way to check sold and remaining in ebay?

Yes.

Not sure if possible with the default selling tool, but if you upgrade to selling manager (free version), you will be able to see an overview of all your items, you can then select what to show/hide.

I dont think it shows how much stock is left, but I think you can select how much stock you started with and how much stock has sold and do a quick math in your mind.

selling manager pro is your answer bud. add all listings to your inventory then if you click on active listings it will show all your listings and stock levels.

i have about 20 listings some with 10-15 variations so from selling manager pro i can see the listings and the quantity available for each variation.

Keep in mind, the pro version does come with a monthly fee.

only £4.99. if your selling enough to need to use it i'm sure you can easily afford it. as OP said some stuff has gone off sale which results in lost sales. so buy using this he could make more profit by making sure everything is allways in stock. its also free if you have a shop

Yep thanks, have selling manager but not pro. Will get it now. Must have used it before as no 30 day trial.
