Need Advice Selling High End Product!
 

Hello, well basically i want to sell a samsung galaxy s5 which is currently going around £300-£400 on ebay, but will my account get suspended or anything like that?

The account is a stealth and im a powerseller and also a TRS and the account is around 7 months old.

You should be fine, depends on your average transaction amounts as well. If there is a spike in amount, for example all items you sell are £50 and now your selling £400, Paypal may put a hold on the funds for 21 days, but aside from that you shouldnt experience any problems since your account looks top notch.

I wouldn't imagine any paypal/ebay problems.

Selling high end phones on ebay can be perilous because of the amount of scams out there. Take a note of the IMI number and make sure you send it special delivery.

Someone was showing me an iphone they purchased on ebay for £300, seller sold about 20 of these and guess what he didnt send a single one out, scammed everyone. He had about 500+ feedback. Not sure if he got away with all the funds, but im sure whatever he has managed to pocket he will have Paypal chase him like a bull.

He on the other hand according to his user profile was not a power seller, no business account, nor TRS, and it didnt stop his selling all 20. So I dont think 1 would matter.

P.S. ebay reimbursed the buyers, ALOT of money.

You should be able to sell an item like that on your account without an issue.

Make sure you send the item will full tracking and a signature though. Special delivery is ideal.
