eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Refer your friends and earn up to $75

Is this an ebay US promotion?

I would assume some form of link would occur to verify that a genuine referral has taken place, but I dont think they will suspend you if lets say "your friend" got suspended if you see what I mean.

You have to get 5 people to join but they have to sell also, once all 5 sell then you get $15 per person.

oh and knowing ebay, you would be lucky to get your $15 / $75 referral credit, they would have that back too.
