When to sell on my new stealth
 

Hi

i have bought a stealth from a great seller now it was made on 14th september and he advised me to let the account sit around for a month so i dont get the mc999 ........today is 27th do you guys think i should submit my documents to lift limits for paypal and sell as i dont want to get mc999

any suggestions will help

Is the PayPal verified?

Your post also seems to have no relevance to the thread title.... No one on the forum will tell you what to sell. You need to do this research yourself.

If the seller has advised you to wait for a month, then you would be best to wait for a month, not 2 weeks.

95% chance you will get 'PayPal' (really its eBay and PayPal that decide the hold at this early stage) holding the money for any items you sell.

Submit the docs when you are ready in that case.

If you want to. Down to you to decide when to submit the docs.

This will not remove the holds though.

The docs are taking up to 30 days at the moment to be reviewed.

ohh i forgot to mention i have no bank account attached of my own ...just a VCC is it ok to send documents right??

If the stealth PP has been verified by the account seller from whom you purchased the stealth then its fine to submit docs for it.

Usually a link at the bottom of Paypal, marked: classic site.

Link to raise limits/submit docs can be found bottom left on new layout of paypal, or top right on old layout.

Whether or not you submit docs, you will face a hold on payments for the first few payments, its only 21 days, its not a big deal. There is no way around it, it will happen.

when will they stop holding i mean after how long i can wait til the holding limit passes then sell

Without clicking on classic site and staying on the new paypal layout, go to the bottom left, 2 links are there, 1 of which says something like lift you limits...and just follow the steps. Documents are only asked for if paypal cant verify your identity through credit check. They will attempt 2 credit checks which is a simpler process, you dont have to submit your ID if it goes through.

I have never had luck with that system though, nor do I know anybody that has, it always ends up telling me I need to submit ID despite using genuine details.

ohhh yess it does it says you wil go through credit check i thought i dont want the paypal banned by clicking submit


sooo you are saying let it go through credit check and then if paypal say submit documents i should submit?

Let it fail the check 3 times then submit the docs it asks for.

Submit the info twice and it will then ask for documents, it will then blank the 'submit info' option out and ask you to click on the link below which is where you upload the ID and proof of address
