Pulling customer emails from eBay/PayPal?
 

Hello,

I was wondering if there's a way to pull customer (buyer) emails from eBay.

I tried using PayPal history option but it didn't work.

I know you can do it manually by going to PayPal but if anyone has different methods please let me know. I plan on building a email list.

That's exactly why ebay changed their message system, they didn't want people building a list of their members....so as far as getting them off ebay...that's a no.

paypal method is a bit fussier to do.

But it works.

ebay shut the door for us.

I have a basic store and it gives me the buyers email next to the listing sold. Is there a way to pull emails if you have store?

Not sure but has anyone ever hear of "Copy" "Paste"?

Download the free version of seller pro and than on the bottom left of the my eBay page you will be able to get all the data from every sale neatly exported to an excel spreadsheet

Name, address, phone, email, whether they left positive or negative feedback everything, it's a wealth of useful data that takes a few minutes and it's saved to excel for you
