Anything that potentially brings fraud / risk to eBay, i.e. any goods that are easily copied, potential fraudulent activity on the item, digital goods, high risk of chargebacks and brand names.

That's a very vague description though.

There are a LOT of things that are high risk / vero..

Some are Electronics, virtual items, Sports Memorabilia, Brand name Clothes, Microsoft, Make-up brands etc.. much to many to mention

If you ever want to bet someone that you can get your eBay account banned faster then theirs, start listing a bunch of brand new Louis Vuitton bags and send me half your winnings.

Anything that can be easily misrepresented, like precious jewelry or gold coins. Any brand name items favored by counterfeiters, such as watches, designer purses and apparel, dvd's, cell phone cases, workout sets like P90X advertised on infomercials, etc. Electronics in general.

Even if your items are legitimate, you could have a problem selling them on eBay if they fall into these categories.

My account got flagged for a lacoste top. My own fault really. Got a bit lazy with my stealth account. They wanted proof of original purchase to verify it was mine and legit and also the company i bought it from so they could verify. Ridiculous...but it was my own fault for listing a.high end item

Lacoste is one of the most often listed items that turns out to be replica.

Oh dear... i hope i.have better luck this time round. Reading the book plus everyone here is so helpful and friendly that hopefully i wont fall at the first hurdle

I understand the High Risk Items deal, however I own a pawn shop. Most of the items we sell are bad ESN phones, etc. Should I even bother getting a stealth account when selling these items, would you just recommend me using a consignment ebayer to sell them through?

I can set up my own site, but how do I push traffic to it from eBay. I understand that consignment takes profit, but I need to be sure to get my money.
