Walking the line of copy right infringement with Ebay?
 

I had a question about a future business plan I will be doing around the new year.
I don't care saying what it is because its not like a secrete revenue source I just know how to capitalize in it.

I see people selling clothing (like t-shirts they make with a hot press) for good profits. The thing is they are selling logo branded items like "kanye west good music logo if your familiar" as the main logo. They are making money off some one else's label name, thats illegal without permission correct? I can see a account surviving if it was the original ebay account with past suspensions..not stealth unless its different because we are selling on ebay???

By the way I would start off by selling cheap unbranded shirts with my own designs, then go into branding my own tees like certain sellers on ebay are doing. They arent 't using original material but have their own brand on the tee is the thing.

I've had a few people msging me saying they had competition suspend there account because of the miss-use of a brand name like say Adidas, Microsoft etc names on home made shirts.. So I would be very careful with that

That does not mean that you can do it.

Other sellers may have premissions to do you.

Cannot base your sales on what other sellers can and cannot do.

People just want someone else to tell them what they are doing is ok and that everything is going to be fine, especially if what they are doing is ill.egal.

Just like when you're a little kid and you want to do something bad. Didn't it make you feel better when you convinced a friend or group of friends to join you?

Counterfeits? No I'm not. I actually have a couple business plans and NEEDED more listings to cover expenses. I just went over everything and figured it out. Don't be mad. I probably shouldn't have said anything
