So i have the following items ready to make my new stealth:

Bank Account
VanillaVisa
new IP from StongVPN
New User on my Laptop

Should i go upon getting a name and address by going on zillow and finding a house and looking to see previous people associated with that address? Do you recommend google voice?

Yes this is US accounts. Why don't you reccommend StrongVPN for Ip?

They're a fairly popular VPN whose IPs are shared among who knows how many people at once and likely has had their IPs abused by its users. If you live in the states, you have quite a few better options to run your accounts.

If you're just going with 1 account, changing your home internet's IP is a free and straightforward method most of the time. Otherwise you can also try tethering (using your cellphone to turn it into a hotspot and connecting to its internet) or buying a dedicated dongle or hotspot to name a few options.

And it's best to stay away from Google Voice. Go with a prepaid phone - whichever the cheapest one you can find.

Don't recommend StrongVPN.

Google voice is causing some ppl misery lately.
