Re: 25/1250 limit increase on aged account
On those 11 accounts that you've called, they were < 90 day from the creation date or > 90 day? Usually they say for me "we need at least 10 positive feedbacks and from your first sale min. 90 days, in order to receive a manual selling increase". Or it depends of the rep.
But from my experience, after each call - they manually write into your account notes form an info like:
- When you've called (date/time);
- What you've asked (increase/decrease, problem with case, etc.);
* Reason for the inability that you won't receive the increase (< 90 days, less FBs, etc.);
* Reason for the increase (have called 35 days ago, that was 30+ and all fine; continue selling the same items, etc., account age 90+ days from the first sale);
- Have you answered the questions correctly;
- Are you continue selling the same stuff that you were selling in the past?;
- Phone number.
So if you call and don't receive an increase, the rep would write "Called to receive an increase, blocked, not received much feedbacks and acc age was < 90 days from the 1st sale", and when you call again on the same day these days, the next reps will read the same log/info that the previous reps writen into your account info box. So they'll already know, and will block you again.
