Do I need to change my MAC Address/number or just IP?

Is changing you IP address enough when setting up seperate user accounts or do you need to change your MAC address as well?

I have tried to change my MAC address but every time I do the computer crashes and I have to restore the system to an earlier time...

You just need to change your IP in a new user account.

You will look as a completely different member in eBay/Paypal eyes.
