Started brand new eBay
 

Started a brand new eBay new info ip card etc go to list one item and says I have o dollars and o items I reached my limit wth is this is it a glitch or do I just dump the acct and start over. Used prepaid card for paypal and eBay new MAC address new ip don't know does this mean the account is dead from the get to first time this happened please chime in . Should I create a new one??

You can try to call and you might get lucky but this 0/0 thing has been happening a lot lately. if search the forum and you will find what seems to be working now. Seems like you need good information(a real name of some one who lives in the same zip code you are using) and a PayPal that's at %80 complete or better. Lots of input but that is what’s working for me. Also prepaid cards are not what I would use. that might also be what’s causing the problem. I use onevanilla prepaid visa gift card with the purple present on the front. But A lot has to do with the information you are putting in.

Yes, you need to search the forums. There's seems to be a new 0/0 limit thread popping up everyday, but not all of us are having the issue. You may be doing something wrong in your account creation.

The effort it has taken to try to get an account above the 0/0 limits is exhausting. I know this sucks because you just made your first account, but I would start over. Odds are they will ask you database questions on a 0/0, if you cannot answer then you are stuck at 0/0.
